No comments :
That's it, folks.
Against the run of play, Tom Latham went off the penultimate ball of the day, offering an easy return catch to Shaun Williams. However, New Zealand stayed in command of the competition as they finished on 329 for 2. Kane Williamson, batting 95, is on the verge of becoming the youngest batsman to score Test centuries against in each country.

We'll be back tomorrow with live updates from Day 2 play.

Slow and steady.
With the ball becoming softer and the pitch will become slower, New Zealand batsmen failed to score as freely. However, they assured me that Zimbabwe do not pass over girl near overs. Latham and Williamson made together easily.

Misery continues
Zimbabwe's struggle going on Day 1, as Tom Latham will open his second century of the series. The left-hander has looked little problems while dealing with the Zimbabwe bowlers. To make matters worse, Kane Williamson, did not treat them any better.

Who says crowds do not enjoy Test Cricket.:
Queen's Park Club Bulawayo packed with a crowd of young and old men and women, enjoying a pretty boring day Test cricket. Yes, tat it is a paradox. New Zealand moved past the 200-run mark in another session, where they have managed to score more than 100 runs. Martin Guptill was their only success of the session, and the day before.

It hit at last.
Zimbabwe finally hit as Martin Guptill was trapped leg before wicket. The 169-Run opening stand came to an end, as the right-hander walked back to the pavilion depressed to be missing out on a century.

Latham joins the party.
Tom Latham, who had started out on a slow note unlike his opening partner Martin Guptill, caught up in his batting partner and brought his half century. Meanwhile, Zimbabwe remain unthreatening:

Visitors Command.
New Zealand openers - Tom Latham and Martin Guptill put on a century stand for the opening wicket put the visitors in command of the second Test. Zimbabwe has been unable to get a breakthrough in the first session of play, and will look to put up an improved show in the post-lunch session.

Flags banned.
Meanwhile, news that is coming is that Zimbabwe's fans, who are bearing the national flag into the stadium were arrested by the police. However, some of the spectators inside the stadium are in possession of the Zimbabwean national flag. There are also peaceful demonstration going on outside the stadium. Some may be surprised by the move.

Guptill, Latham build.
New Zealand openers - Martin Guptill and Tom Latham in notched up half-century stand without great difficulty. It causes no trouble in Zimbabwe's seamers their pace. There is very little to offer on the pitch too.

Better options available.

Steady start.
New Zealand openers - Tom Latham and Martin Guptill off to opposite starts. While the tall right-hander attack on Zimbabwe's new ball pair, Latham was a bit wary of his shot-making. However, it did not host Pacers, very weary New Zealand openers.

Hello and welcome to live updates of the second Test between New Zealand and Zimbabwe at Bulawayo. After the victory in the first Test innings, New Zealand, look to fill that whitewash Username: Kane Williamson got off to a winning start as captain, but he feels that Zimbabwe can provide a strong fight in the second Test. The hosts did show some late resistance with the bat, worn out after a performance in the first innings. They can improve it?
