Lahore Lions (LL) Raipur on Tuesday in the Champions League T-20 (CLT20) 2014 Sri Lanka in their last qualifier from the Southern Expressway (SE) to take. Southern Express from New Zealand back to back defeats against Northen Express, making it much less likely that the next round of the tournament and then defending champions Mumbai Indians have also encounter the Lahore Lions will have to win in order to have any chance of progressing through to the group stages.
Pakistani side to outdo their counterparts in Sri Lanka is based on their strong bowling attack. However, the sub-standard fielding in the tournament so far has been their undoing. The batting looked solid against the Mumbai Indians in their opening qualifier match, but Trent Boult and Tim Southee fast bowling aided the swing and bounce when they found out that suffering. However, it is the South express pacers Lahore Lions batsmen will have the opportunity to pose too much trouble.
Pose a large amount of a normal bowling attack - Nasir Jamshed, Ahmed Shehzad, Mohammad Hafeez, Umar Akmal - batting in the top four, they again depends. Skipper Mohammad Hafeez was brilliant in his bowling changes, but did little of note with the bat or ball. He is a key player in the tournament to decide on the fate of the Lion of Lahore.
